The Student Organizations Tailgating Application is now available on RowdyLink in Student Activities under Documents. Applications are due on Friday, April 26, 2013 in the Student Activities Office (UC 1.210) by 5pm.

The Student Organization Tailgating Lottery Meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 5:30pm in the Texas Room located in Campus Recreations. If you have any questions you can contact Francisco Lugo via email (Francisco.Lugo@utsa.edu).

The Campus Activities Board (CAB) is looking for students interested in helping plan, organize, and facilitate campus events. We need individuals who are creative, responsible, and determined to make events happen for the 2013–2014 school year. Remember Fiesta UTSA Lottery Meeting will be Wednesday, February 27, 2013 from 3pm to 5pm in the University Center Ballroom 1. Check-in begins at 2:30pm. Representatives from the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District (Metro Health) and UTSA Department of Environmental Health, Safety, and Risk Management will be present to answer any questions you might have regarding health regulation, safety, and/or risk management.

Fiesta Booth Applications will be available for pick up on Friday, March 1st in the Campus Activities Board Office. Applications are due on Friday, March 29 by 5pm in the Campus Activities Board Office.
